OrganicSeeds may also change or impose fees for products and services provided through the Website at any time in its sole discretion. OrganicSeeds may establish or change, at any time, general practices and limits concerning other OrganicSeeds products and services in its sole discretion.

4. Use of the Website (Denial of responsibility)
- The client, when ordering goods in the store, assumes all risks that may arise during the delivery of the parcel, for example, such as the seizure of the parcel with the order by the customs or other authorities of his country (country of delivery), as well as the return of the parcel due to any restrictions related to importing seeds into his country.
- The store does not bear any responsibility, including material, for the actions of state or other bodies (institutions) that are involved in the delivery of parcels to the client, which may lead to the fact that the parcel will not be delivered to the client.
- The store does not bear any responsibility, including material, for the client's actions on planting and the alleged dissimilarity or varietal discrepancy of the grown plants, because Before shipment, all consignments of seeds are checked for germination and compliance with varietal properties.
- In each parcel with an order, in addition to the goods ordered by the client, the store inserts an invoice in accordance with the order, as well as a certificate on behalf of the store that the sent seeds do not contain GMOs, as well as pests and diseases. The store does NOT provide any other documents.
- The order is considered completed in full from the moment the parcel passes through the border of Ukraine.
In addition to other restrictions set forth in these Terms of Use, You agree that:
- You shall not disguise the origin of information transmitted through the Website.
- You will not place false or misleading information on the Website.
- You will not use or access any service, information, application or software available via the Website in a manner not expressly permitted by ORGANICSEEDS.
- You will not input or upload to the Website any information which contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, the Website or Information or that infringes the Intellectual Property (defined below) rights of another.
- Certain areas of the Website are restricted to customers of ORGANICSEEDS.
- You may not use or access the Website or the ORGANICSEEDS Systems or Services in any way that, in ORGANICSEEDS's judgment, adversely affects the performance or function of the ORGANICSEEDS, Services or the Website or interferes with the ability of authorized parties to access the ORGANICSEEDS, Services or the Website.
