The bi-color beefsteak tomato variety Beauty King is a cross between the tomatoes Green Zebra and Big Rainbow. The often very large and heavy fruits are very beautiful yellow, orange and red mottled with marbled flesh in two colors.
The taste is like most tomatoes from the bi-color-type very aromatic and spicy. This great variety is slightly thermophilic and grows best in a greenhouse, plastic tunnels or near a sheltered house wall. Beauty King because of the enormous fruit ripens very late from where the tomato is not uncommon for half a kilo in weight.

Planting Tips for Heirloom Tomatoes
