An annual plant of the cabbage family, 35-40 cm high. At a young age, it forms a rosette of compact, juicy and delicate leaves. The color of the leaves is green with dark red streaks and a crimson edge. Salad mustard is widely used in cooking.

Early ripening variety. Vegetation period is 25-30 days. Rosette leaves large, erect, slightly sprawling, with a diameter and height of 25-30 cm. Has a pleasant sharp taste. Contains a large number of vitamins and mineral salts.

45 days. Large, bright green fringed and curled leaves. Mild flavor. A cousin to kale and collards, mustard is a tenacious leafy green but it's not as cold-hardy. Grow in clumps about 12-18 inches apart. Use straw mulch to hold in soil moisture.
