The pulp is bright orange, dense, crispy, sweet and aromatic, rich in fiber, vitamins, mineral salts and carotenes. It can be eaten raw (for example, in a salad), or you can cook porridge, mashed potatoes, pancakes and pies from it.
Agrotechnics:
The best soils for pumpkin are sandy loam and light loamy. Sow pumpkin when the soil warms up to a temperature of 10-12 ° C. Seeds are planted to a depth of 5-10 cm. 2-3 seeds are sown in one hole. After emergence, weak plants are removed.
Pumpkin is also grown through seedlings, with planting in open ground at the age of one month (phase of two or three true leaves).
