  • Melon "Sweet pineapple"

    Early ripening (from germination to receiving fruits 65-70 days) variety. Fruits are oval, golden-orange with a mesh surface, weighing 1.8-2.0 kg. The pulp is white with a pink tinge, very sweet.

    The value of the variety: quick yield, resistance to powdery mildew and anthracnose. In the zone of unstable agriculture, it is possible to grow under a film shelter in spreading or in greenhouses on a trellis; 3-5 fruits are left on the plant, pinching the stems over 5-7 leaves. Watering is stopped 10-15 days before ripening.

    It is eaten fresh and dried, used for making jam, jams, preserves.
