«Lemon» - Organic Basil Seeds

A popular Italian early-ripening variety, originally from Bergamo. Height up to 30cm. Long, thin and sweet fruits are red. Sweet taste even in green fruit. The Italians call it "Cigarette Pepper" and consider it the best pepper for frying. Very yielding.

You may ask yourself why this is called an Evening Primrose, since it neither blooms in evening nor has primrose-colored flowers! Nonetheless, this unusual and exquisitely lovely variety is a native U.S. plant, hardy in most parts of the country.

Magnificent, clear-yellow, globe-shaped fruits of the beefsteak-type, weighing up to 16 oz. each. Mild flesh is so rich in flavor, it actually has a creamy taste on the tongue. Vigorous, potato-leaved plants are unique in such a large-fruited.

Spectacular when in full bloom, Purple Loosestrife (Lythrum salicaria) is a vigorous, upright perennial enjoying an extremely long bloom season from early to late summer. It features pink, purple or magenta flowers in dense spikes, up to 18 in.
