  • Turnip "Purple"

    Medium early variety (from germination to harvest 55-65 days) for growing in open and protected ground. The roots are flat-rounded, the skin is purple at the top and white below the soil level.


    The mass of the root vegetable is 100-120 grams, the pulp is white, dense, juicy, tender. with a high content of minerals. The taste is excellent - bright and spicy. Productivity 3.2-3.5 kg / m2.

    Recommended for fresh, boiled, steamed, baked and salted consumption. It is used for dietary and baby food, has healing properties, and is recommended for use in diabetes and obesity.
