Tomato «Carol Chyco's Big Paste Black»
A rare tomato variety, known since 1988, that has earned recognition for its stable yields and exceptional flavor. This is a mid-season, tall-growing super variety with powerful but not overly dense plants that are easy to shape and provide abundant harvests.
The fruits are large, weighing from 180 to 760 g, slightly ribbed, fleshy, and of a rich dark red color with a brownish tint. The taste is remarkably sweet and full-bodied — on a 5-point scale it confidently deserves a “6.” From the fruits you can obtain a thick, rich, and very tasty dark red juice, as well as an ideal base for paste and sauces.
