«Dandy» - Organic Dahlia seeds

Statice has been cultivated since the mid-17th century as a garden flower, but also as an herb which was used for the treatment of dysentery as well as other ailments. Statice produces its flowers in the brightly coloured bracts.

The Dandy Mix produces dwarf, bushy flowers with little collars, and the flowers come in many shades of red, yellow, orange and white all with a white matching or contrasting inner collar of quilled petals.

Annual plant, powerful, branchy, 80 cm high. Flowers are collected in large hemispherical inflorescences of dark red color. The diameter of the inflorescences is 11–13 cm. This variety belongs to the group of dahliaceae.
