    A very valuable green culture, which, unfortunately, is still not widespread. It is used as an early salad culture for cooking borsch, salads, sandwiches, and also as a very valuable fodder culture. Young leaves have a delicate spinach flavor. After cutting the bulk, new leaves grow within 7-10 days.

    Mid-season variety. The growing season from seedlings to technical ripeness is 90 - 100 days.

    Cuttings are thick, 20 to 25 cm long, light green in color. The mass of the productive part of one plant is 500 - 1200 grams. Commercial productivity 3 - 8 kg / sq.m. Salads, borscht are prepared from the leaves, and the stems are stewed like asparagus.

    Seeds are sown in early spring or before winter.
