Rumelian pine is a species of pine that grows quickly at a young age, later the growth of the tree slows down, the annual growth of young pine is about 25 - 30 centimeters. At the age of ten, the pine grows up to 2.5 - 3.0 meters in height and 1.0 - 1.5 meters in width.
In adulthood, this tree is up to 20 meters high and 4.5 - 7.0 meters wide. The needles of the Rumelian pine are dense, up to 10 centimeters long, raised up, collected in bunches of 5 pieces, hard and prickly to the touch, sharp, gray-green in color. In winter, the color of the needles changes to a light yellow-green. Cones are large, up to 15 centimeters long, cylindrical, light brown in color.
