    This variety of lentils is so self-sufficient that it can be used to prepare salty meals. Beluga lentils are perfect for salads, stews, soups and side dishes.

    It stands out for its rich protein content and amazing spicy aroma. It contains proteins, natural sugars, fiber, ash, pectin, a vitamin complex - vitamins PP, B1, B2, A, elements necessary for the normal functioning of the body - potassium, iron, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, sodium, copper, fluorine, molybdenum, iodine, cobalt.
