Fruits are round, white with green stripes, very beautiful, weighing up to 2 kg, orange pulp, white seeds, seed edges frayed in small villi, silver in color.
The seed is very beautiful and large, it does not look like a pumpkin seed. In Mexico, sunflower seeds are considered a local delicacy. Roasted sunflower seeds are delicious. They have a delicate nutty aroma. One bush gives up to 20 fruits, each fruit contains up to 600 seeds. Young fruits are used as zucchini.
