    This is a great herb that is widely used in popular seasoning mixtures for home cooking (meat, fish, rice and vegetables)!

    It is a popular herb in the Arab regions and India. It has traditionally been used to enhance libido and masculinity. It is an aphrodisiac. Fenugreek has also been used to relieve metabolic problems and lower blood sugar in diabetes. Fenugreek tea has also been recommended for young mothers to increase lactation.

    Never heard of such a plant? Don't worry - you're not alone, but that doesn't mean you have to stay in the dark on this spicy medicinal herb. In fact, we recommend using fenugreek regularly.

    Distinctive characteristics:
    • It is an annual plant from the legume family (Fabaceae), which reaches a height of 40-60 cm.
    • It is a herb with light green leaves and small white flowers.

    Fenugreek is undemanding to growing conditions. Sowing seeds in open ground is carried out on the light side of the site in late April-early May to a depth of 1.5-2 cm.
