  • Heirloom Watermelon «Orange King»

The early ripe variety differs from other berries in the color of the yellow pulp. The growing season of the hybrid is only 55-60 days. The fruits are rather large, weighing 8–11 kg, round in shape. This hybrid is also distinguished by an increased sugar content of the pulp (up to 13%), a rich aroma and a small amount of seeds inside. Yield 5-9 kg/m2.

The flesh of the berries is crispy, sweet, homogeneous, there are no white streaks in it. The rind of the watermelon is smooth, glossy, rich green with light stripes. The crust is dense, which allows the berries to be transported over long distances. The leaves of the hybrid are wide, protect the fruit well from sunburn. The variety is resistant to fusarium wilt.
