Usually this pepper is used in dried form, as a component of various hot sauces and for fresh food. The fruits of this variety dry out quickly and at the same time do not lose color, but on the contrary, the color becomes even more saturated, the aroma is brighter, and the pepper itself seems to glow from the inside.
