The best substrate for brovallia is considered to be ordinary garden or garden soil.
Propagated by seeds and cuttings. To ensure that Brovallia blooms in winter, the seeds are sown in pots at the end of summer. Brovallia cuttings should be rooted under a plastic cap at a temperature of +15-17ºС. During the process of growing seedlings, seedlings must be transplanted twice, first into pots with a diameter of 5 cm, and then into pots with a diameter of 12.5 cm.
Brovallia needs good lighting: it is kept on windows facing south or southwest. If possible, provide the plant with 2-3 hours of direct sunlight.
