Lemon Balm's most popular use is in soothing herbal teas, where its lemon-scented volatile oils are released, but it is also a popular garden plant for its refreshing, soothing aroma. The dried leaves are also a perfect ingredient for potpourri.

Not just for cats! Tall pink and white flower spikes are great in fresh and dried arrangements. Use the leaves in salads, sauces, teas, and soups – and of course fresh or dried for the cats! Catnip seeds are a good choice for a bee attractor.

Thistles belong to the Thistle Subfamily of the Aster Family, along with artichokes. Compare an artichoke and a thistle, and notice that they are very similar, except in size. Like other members of the Aster Family, these are composite flowers.

Dwarf, bushy, well-branched 12 in. plants, covered in masses of fragrant, intensely colored, deepest purple-blue flowers all summer long. Evergreen silvery-green foliage. Blooms the first year from seed. Flower spikes are excellent for cutting.

The very large, heavily ribbed tomato is interesting for its unusual shape and sweet pulp; the dense skin of the fruit preserves the pulp well from damage, does not crack or wrinkle during storage, and is not afraid of long-distance transportation.

This is an early ripening variety. The plant is bushy, compact, with a high saturation of female flowers. Technical ripeness comes in 40-45 days. The fruit is cylindrical, golden-yellow in color, 25-28 cm long, weighing 500-800 grams.
