Pumpkin seeds are sown in open ground in May, when the soil temperature at a depth of 10 cm reaches +10°C. Before sowing, the seeds are soaked in water for 24 hours. Then the seeds are sown in holes 5-6 cm deep at a distance of 60-70 cm from each other. After sowing, the seeds are sprinkled with soil and watered.
