This variety combines the best of everything: rich color, sweet taste and exceptional yield. It has become a favorite not only in farms, but also among amateur gardeners due to its versatility and ease of care.
Root crops with smooth skin and velvety pulp of a rich burgundy hue are perfect for both fresh consumption and processing. Due to its high shelf life and resistance to diseases, it is an ideal choice for wholesale sales and long-term storage.
Varietal characteristics:- Ripening period after seed germination: 90-100 days, mid-season variety;
- Plant size: tops height up to 35-40 cm, compact rosette;
- Root crop size: weight 200-400 g, round, with a smooth surface;
- Taste: sweet, rich, with a delicate, melting texture of the pulp;
- Features of the variety: uniform flesh color without rings, high sugar and vitamin content, ideal for baby food;
- Disease resistance: high resistance to cercospora, root rot and bolting;
- Planting month: April–May for spring sowing, October for winter sowing;
- Planting features: seeds are sown to a depth of 2–3 cm with a distance between rows of 25–30 cm, in sunny areas with loose fertile soil;
