An early-maturing, high-yielding variety. The plants reach a height of 35–42 cm. The pods are fleshy, stringless, and purple, measuring 14–16 cm in length and 9 mm in diameter. The variety is genetically free of a parchment layer and has excellent taste. It is suitable for fresh consumption and canning.
The plant is not particularly demanding in terms of soil fertility but grows best in light, well-warmed soils. The optimum temperature for growth and development is 22–27 °C. Seeds are sown at a depth of 3–4 cm according to a spacing scheme of 40–45 × 8–12 cm, from the third ten-day period of April to the first ten-day period of May, when the danger of frost has passed. Plant care consists of removing weeds, loosening the soil between the rows, and earthing up the plants.
