“Vorgebirgstraube” is undemanding and resistant to diseases. Fruits are 7–9 cm long, weighing 80–90 g, with an elongated cylindrical shape. The skin is dark green with a finely bumpy surface, typical of the classic “German cucumber skin.” The flesh is crisp, with a small seed cavity.
The plants are compact and take up less space compared to other varieties. They are characterized by very abundant fruit set. Frequent harvesting stimulates continuous formation of new fruits.
