«Relic» - Ginkgo Seeds (Ginkgo biloba)

An annual plant, pyramidal bushes, 60-80 cm high, flowers of ruby-red color, irregular shape, collected in racemes.

The tree has small white flowers. It produces small, bright red berries. The fruit is bitter and astringent, making it inedible when raw. The fruit can be cooked to make jellies, jams, sauces and marmalade. It ranges from southern Europe to western Asia.

Red amaranth microgreens differ from most shoots in their dark pink color and beetroot taste; they contain squalene, a unique component that increases the flow of oxygen to tissues and organs.
