«Sailor» - Organic Eggplant Seeds

Tender, meaty and full of flavor describes this wonderful green eggplant from the South. 8-9" long, lime green fruits are borne on vigorous tall plants that will benefit from some support in order to handle all these long tasty eggplants.

Mid-season variety. The period from germination to harvest 125-128 days. Spreading plant. The fruit is cylindrical, 18.5–20 cm long, the surface is glossy, the color in technical ripeness is purple.

Mid-season (110-115 days) high-yielding variety. The plant is semi-sprawling, medium-sized, 70-80 cm high. Fruits are cylindrical, elongated, dark purple, smooth, weighing up to 200 grams.

A very colorful, circular shaped eggplant with 2-4" diameter fruits that ripen to green, with white and purple stripes. Fruits have a great flavor and are popular in parts of Southeast Asia. Plants bears well. 90 days.

White Iceberg has a classic, tapered, teardrop shape and white fruit that are sweeter and less bitter than the purple types. The 5-7” long fruit are smooth when mature and measure 2” at the top and 3.5-4” at bottom.

This is a mid early variety. The vegetation period from germination to ripeness 110-130 days. Plants 50-70cm high. Fruits are purple, cylindrical in shape, without ribbing, 16-20 cm long, up to 7 cm in diameter. The flesh is cream-green in color.

Mid-season variety (108 days from germination to ripeness) for outdoor and greenhouses. The plant is medium. Fruits globose, glossy, light purple with delicate white flesh. Fruit weight 300-350 grams. Tastes excellent. Appreciated for the delicate taste.
