Cauliflower Snowball is a superb heritage variety, first bred in America in the 1890's there probably still isn't a better cauliflower to grow in the garden. The pure white, snowball-sized heads can be harvested when small, 5cm (2in).

This is an interesting novelty in Ukraine. Romanesco is the result of crossing broccoli and cauliflower. Inflorescence dome-shaped, dense, pale green color. In its nutritional and taste properties, it is superior to cauliflower and broccoli.
