This is an annual plant. The bushes are powerful and spreading. The stems are erect, 50-80 cm high. Inflorescences are in the form of hemispheres of tubular flowers, surrounded by single-row reed flowers, 8-10 cm in diameter, of various bright colors.
It is grown by sowing seeds in open ground in May, or for earlier flowering, through seedlings in March-April. Blooms from June until frost. Used for decorative design of flower beds, flower beds, and also for cutting.
