Tobacco variety "American Kazbechny"
Bred by the selection laboratory of the Crimean Experimental Station of Tobacco Growing IV&V "Magarach". Refers to aromatic varieties of late ripening for the manufacture of blended and skeletal raw tobacco. This variety of tobacco has a high yield and increased drought resistance and resistance to leaf burning. Used to make cigars and cigarettes.
It has a light green leaf color, a cylindrical plant with a height of 170-180 cm. The number of days from germination to the readiness of seedlings in greenhouses (cold ridges) is 47 days.
Days from landing:
• a) before maturation of leaves of medium breaking 74 days;
• b) before ripening of the leaves of the last breaking 105 days;
• c) before the beginning of flowering 62 days;
• d) until maturation of 50% bolls 92 days.
The average number of technically suitable leaves per plant is 31.
