  • Godard salad

    Cabbage variety of salad. For fresh consumption. Early maturing, from mass seedlings to technical ripeness of heads - 30-40 days.

    Stalk resistant. Ripening is simultaneous. Marketability is high. Taste quality 4.8-5 points. Rosette up to 18 cm high, 16 cm in diameter. There are about 12 sheets, their arrangement is semi-raised, compact. The leaf blade is 11-18 cm long, corrugated, light green (yellowish). The edge of the leaf blade is finely incised, the waviness of the edge is weak. The length of the inner head of cabbage is 3, the diameter is -2 cm, the outer head is 4.2 and 5.4 cm, respectively.The head is round, about 12 cm high and about 12 cm in diameter, medium-dense, with a slight waxy bloom, light green, in the section - white-yellow, weighing 70-100 grams, mildly oily consistency.
