Perennial ground cover plant. The stems are creeping, 15 - 30 cm high. Bright white, pink and purple flowers are collected in dense spike-shaped inflorescences. It is grown through seedlings or by sowing seeds in open ground. It grows best in light shade, but can also be grown in sunny areas and in well-moistened soils.
It blooms from June to September, to extend the flowering period, faded inflorescences are regularly removed. Used on rocky hills, slopes and mixborders.
