This is an annual plant 40-50 cm high. Numerous small pink flowers are located on one side of the rotated spike-shaped inflorescences.
It is grown by sowing seeds in open ground in May, or for seedlings in March-April. The flowering period lasts from July until frost. Used for decorating ridges, mixborders, as well as for cutting and making dry bouquets. Cutting for a dry bouquet is carried out when the maximum number of flowers blooms in the inflorescence.
