«Chanson Royal» - Organic Carrot Seeds

A wild form of the vegetable Chicory, the electric blue flowers are produced on many slender stems throughout the summer months. A beautiful addition to the cottage garden border. Young leaves and flowers can be used in salads.

Early ripening, pink-red root crop, with a white tip, oval-round, smooth, 5.7 cm long, 4.0 cm in diameter.

This is the mid-early variety. Vegetation period from shoots to technical ripeness is 80-110 days. Roots of round form, weighing 250-500 grams, are submerged in soil to half. Flesh is dark red with a burgundy tinge, juicy, tender and sugary.

This turnip is bright purple on top, creamy white below, and has a white interior. Nearly round, the smooth roots will grow to 5 inches in diameter, but are better eating when picked at 2-3 inches in size.

A mid-season, tall variety, the fruits are red, elongated-pear-shaped, weighing from 150 to 200 grams, very fleshy, tasty, with a mild taste without acidity, suitable for fresh consumption and cooking.
