A mid-early variety (41–45 days from emergence to fruiting), bee-pollinated with a mixed flowering type. Recommended for cultivation in spring–summer greenhouses, under film covers, and in open ground. It is valued for its strong cucumber aroma and excellent pickling qualities. The fruits are crisp and pleasant in taste, making them ideal for winter preservation. The plant is medium-sized with moderate branching.
Fruits are cylindrical, without bitterness, 9–11 cm long, крупнобугорчатые (large-warty), with black spines. Fruit weight is 80–95 g. Taste qualities of both fresh and preserved fruits are excellent.
Sowing for seedlings: early May.
Transplanting to open ground: late May – early June at the 2–3 true leaf stage.
Direct sowing in open ground: late May – early June.
Planting scheme: 40 × 40 cm or 30 × 70 cm.
