«Halcedon» - Organic Onion Seeds

The variety is universal: it is considered as feed, food, grain and medicinal. Vegetation period: 90-100 days. The stem and leaves are green. The grain is bright. Does not give a drop. Plant height: 200-300 cm.

Discovered by the late Graham Stuart Thomas in a Reading garden and named 'Snow Ball' by him, this rarely grown variant has anemone-centred white flowers and quilled ray petals from May-Aug.

Mid-season onion variety, round-flat, medium size, weighing 80-120 grams, pleasant semi-sharp taste, valued for its good keeping quality and transportability.

A fast-growing vine with small, ivy-like leaves and curly tendrils, the creeping cucumber or drooping melonette produces very small fruits that look like jelly bean-size watermelons.
