Organic Red amaranth seeds (microgreens)

While there are several cool season legumes grown as field crops in the U.S. (such as chickpeas, lentils, lupines, and faba beans), there are relatively few alternative legumes that are heat and drought tolerant.

Although very familiar to many, the chick pea is a crop rarely seen in the UK, though it has been cultivated for centuries in Asia and the Mediterranean. Our seed comes from Italy, and is of the white-skinned variety which has a superior flavour.

The variety is high-yielding, mid-early ripening, the duration of the growing season is 82 - 85 days, the world's first chickpea variety, which in its characteristics stands between the Desi and Kabuli types with large seeds.

Buckwheat seeds are used for planting in a container at home all year round, it is best to use raw microgreens, buckwheat seedlings are very high in magnesium and phosphorus.

Popular for fresh bouquets and dried floral arrangements, Strawflower is an excellent addition to containers or sunny borders. It establishes readily from Helichrysum seeds, and from late spring to fall.

Mid-early - 115-125 days. The plant is semi-slender, with a height of 45-60 cm. Fruits are purple, elongated-pear-shaped, 16-20 cm long, 5-7 cm in diameter, weighing 170-250 grams. Flesh white, medium density, without bitterness.

Onions, golden, mid-season, variety, single-nested bulbs, dense, 1/3 located on the soil surface, the average weight of bulbs is 100-150 grams.
