The caloric content of cooked beans is 120-300 kcal, it contains a large amount of nutrients, including protein, iron, vitamin C, PP and group B. The Quail variety is well stored and transported, suitable for canning and preparing a variety of dishes.

How to grow colored beans in open ground:

The shoots will appear quickly, they are moderately moistened, and after 25 days they are planted in the beds together with a lump of earth, keeping a distance of 15-30 cm. Caring for beans involves infrequent watering, loosening, fertilizing with mineral fertilizers and ash. During harvesting, the above-ground part of the plant is cut off, leaving the roots in the ground to enrich the area with nitrogen.
