Annual plant, low, branchy, blooms very abundant and quite long. Unpretentious to the soil, light-requiring and cold-resistant. Grown by sowing seeds in the soil in early spring or before winter and seedlings.

The Dandy Mix produces dwarf, bushy flowers with little collars, and the flowers come in many shades of red, yellow, orange and white all with a white matching or contrasting inner collar of quilled petals.

Common snapdragon should be grown in every garden. Like many other decorative plants it originally comes from warmer regions, in this case the Mediterranean.
